I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its convenient location in the center of Shin Jeju. The rooms were cozy and had all the amenities I needed, though the dining options were limited. The service was exceptional, particularly from the male staff member who was fluent in English.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its clean and comfy rooms and super friendly staff. The location is fantastic, close to Duty Free shopping malls and convenient for exploring Jeju City, but not too close to all attractions. The dining options were limited, but the homemade yogurt was a nice touch. Overall, great value for the money!
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were equipped with useful little gadgets, including 2 double beds perfect for a family of 4, and a deodorising wardrobe. The service was exceptional, especially with one male staff member fluent in English. The location was ideal, at the center of Shin Jeju near many good restaurants and Duty-Free shopping malls. The dining experience was at a cheaper rate and did not include much variety, but the French fries were a tasty choice. The facilities were modern and added to the comfort of my stay.
